Roberto Pagani is Professor of Architectural Technology at Politecnico di Torino (Italy).
Former researcher at Brookhaven National Laboratory, NY USA (‘79-‘80), Pagani develops since the '80 in Europe research and demonstration projects on urban sustainability, leading him to coordinate multi-partners European Projects in urban regeneration and zero-energy urban settlements.
Since 2003, Pagani has extended collaborations in China, where he was accredited as Academic Advisor of the Jiangsu Institute of Urban Planning and Design, in Nanjing.
He is the concept designer of the new Sino-Italian Science and Technology Park of Luoyang (Henan Province), where he has been awarded the Honorary Professorship by the Luoyang Normal University. Pagani is also acknowledged as Visiting Professor at the Harbin Institute of Technology (China), and at the Curtin University in Perth (Australia).
Since 2012, Pagani has been endorsed by the EU as co-Director of the Europe-China Clean Energy Centre, based in Beijing.
