Dr. GU Lijing graduated from Department of Building Science and Technology of Tsinghua University in 2009 and then joined Energy Research Institute of National Development and Reform Commission. She has worked at researches of energy efficiency from then on, involving energy conservation plan, energy conservation strategy, energy efficiency standard, and establishment and assessment of energy conservation policies. She has participated in the formulation of government documents of Green Building Action Plan and 12th FYP Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Plan and many other projects, such as Achieving Carbon Intensity Decline Target by 2020 through Energy Efficiency Improvement, Reinventing Fire, Research on Green and Low-carbon Development of cities in China, Urumqi Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Plan, Assessment of 11th FYP Energy conservation Work in China, Research on Major Issues of Industry Energy Efficiency in China, Macro-economic Impact and Countermeasures Study on Phasing-out Incandescent Lamps & Promoting Energy Saving Lamps, Study on Data Center Energy Saving and Layout Optimization, etc. She has published several articles and books as a major author and has won research achievement award.
